Delivery terms

Delivery prices are the same as those shown on the website.

1. Delivery options and prices

Standard — 3–5 business days · ₼5.99
Express — 1–2 business days · ₼10.98
Same day — within Baku, for orders placed before 18:00 · ₼15.98

Standard delivery is free on orders of ₼50.00 or more. Express and same-day delivery are charged the price difference.

2. Delivery area

We deliver to your door across Baku and the Absheron Peninsula. Deliveries to the regions are made by courier service — the time and rate depend on the address, and our operator will confirm them with you after you order.

3. Order tracking

You can track your order under Profile → My orders: Pending → Preparing → With courier → Delivered. Once a courier is assigned, their name and phone number are shown.

4. Receiving your order

The courier calls you before arriving
Check that the packaging is intact when you receive it
For cash payment, you hand the amount to the courier
If you are not at the address, delivery moves to the next business day

5. Discreet packaging

If you tick «Discreet / anonymous packaging» when ordering, the product name is not shown on the parcel and the sender is listed as «EPE Logistics».

6. Delays

Delays can happen because of weather, public holidays or stock levels. If so, we will contact you from +994 55 736 10 60.
