Returns and withdrawal policy

This policy applies to orders placed on the EcoPestExpert website.

1. Right of withdrawal

Under distance-selling rules, the buyer may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.

2. Return conditions

Goods are accepted back on the following conditions:

• The item is unused and in its original saleable condition
• The original packaging, labels and seals are undamaged
• The order document or invoice is provided

3. Non-returnable goods

Returns are not accepted for:

• Chemical products and concentrates whose packaging has been opened — for safety reasons
• Items damaged through use, or incomplete items
• Items made to the buyer's individual order

4. How to return

• Give us the order number and the reason for the return
• Send or hand over the item using the agreed method
• Once the item has been inspected, your payment is refunded

5. Refunds

The amount is refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days of the item reaching us and being inspected. For card payments, the money may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear on your card, depending on your bank.

If the item is faulty or was sent in error, EcoPestExpert pays the return shipping cost. In all other cases the buyer pays for return shipping.

6. Faulty goods

If you find a manufacturing defect, contact us with a photo within 48 hours of delivery — the item will be replaced or you will receive a full refund.
