By using this website and placing an order, you accept the terms below.

1. The parties

Seller: … hüquqi ad (məs. EcoPest MMC), tax ID (VÖEN) … VÖEN, address: … ünvan, Bakı, Azərbaycan.
Buyer: the individual or legal entity placing an order on the website.

2. When an order takes effect

An order is recorded once it is confirmed on the website. The contract is concluded when an operator confirms the order. If an item turns out to be out of stock, the order is cancelled and the payment is refunded in full.

3. Prices

Prices are in AZN and include VAT. The seller may change prices — changes do not apply to orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Using the products

Pest control products must be used only as instructed on the packaging and on the product page. The seller is not liable for damage caused by not following the instructions. Keep products out of the reach of children.

5. Buyer's obligations

• To give accurate information when registering
• To make sure the delivery address and phone number are correct
• To keep account details confidential

6. Right of withdrawal

The buyer may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods. The conditions are set out on the «Returns and withdrawal» page.

7. Intellectual property

The text, images and design of the website belong to EcoPestExpert and may not be used without permission.

8. Resolving disputes

Disputes are first resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan apply.

9. Changes to these terms

The seller may update these terms. The updated version takes effect from the moment it is published on the website.
