This policy explains how your personal data is collected and processed when you use the EcoPestExpert website.

1. Data we collect

Account data — first name, last name, email
Order data — delivery address, phone number, order history
Technical data — session cookies (to keep you signed in)

Card numbers, CVV codes and card expiry dates are not collected or stored.

To receive, prepare and deliver your order
To contact you about your order
To keep the records required by law

3. Third parties

Your data is shared only with the parties needed to provide the service:

Courier / delivery service — name, address, phone number
Bank / payment operator — to process the payment
Hosting and database provider

Your data is never sold to third parties for advertising.

4. Retention period

Order and accounting data is kept for the period required by law. To delete your account, write to info@ecopestexpert.com.

To find out what data we hold about you
To ask for incorrect data to be corrected
To ask for your account and data to be deleted

6. Cookies

The site uses only the cookies it needs to work: your sign-in session, multi-factor authentication and language choice. No advertising cookies are used, and your data is not shared with advertising networks.

7. Error tracking and statistics

We use two technical services to keep the site running reliably:

Sentry — records software errors. When an error occurs, a short record of the actions leading up to it is sent; all text and images are masked automatically, and personal data such as name, email and address is not sent.
Vercel Analytics — counts total page views. It sets no cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

These records are used only to fix technical problems and are not sold to third parties.
