Payment terms

All prices are shown in Azerbaijani manat (₼, AZN) and include VAT.

1. Payment methods

• Cash — paid to the courier on delivery
• Bank card — Visa and Mastercard (online payment)

2. Currency

All prices on the website are in AZN. If you pay with a foreign card, the amount is converted into your card's currency at your bank's rate — EcoPestExpert is not responsible for any difference.

3. Payment security

Card details are not stored on our servers. Payment is made on the bank's secure page with 3D Secure confirmation. Our system records only the last 4 digits of the card, to identify the order.

4. Payment confirmation

When the payment succeeds, your order number is shown on screen and a confirmation email is sent to you. If money was taken but no order was created, write to info@ecopestexpert.com — we will look into it within 1 business day.

5. Payment refunds

If an order is cancelled or goods are returned, the amount is refunded to the card used for payment. The conditions are set out on the «Returns and withdrawal» page.
